Phone was as described and was actually in good shaoe for the price. The only thing with this was that my sim card tray was broken, but these are $5 for a replacement. Shipping is fast from this seller. This was my 2nd purchase from this seller as the first phone was defective. Seller does a good job if phone is not functioning correctly.

The device I received had a defective ear speaker. Seller did provide paid S&H and allowed me to purchase another phone of theirs before I sent this one back. Their original shipping was fast and the rest of the phone was as described. They did a good job of making up the inconvenience.

iPhone 6s is in good physical condition and working order except that the phone receiver and speaker sound tinny. Battery also needed replaced but in fairness, the seller's description made no guarantees regarding battery capacity.

Return & Refund Policies

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.

Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.

Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .

Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.

Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
