Phone looks perfect. Had to pay to have the battery replaced within the first week. Shut off at 50%. Needed the phone for work so didn't contact the seller. Just took the hit and moved on.

I wanted to wait till the 30 day warranty was over to give my full review.
First off, the price was very fair for a device in mint condition which was pretty great
The only thing that put me off from buying was that the seller was slow to answer any questions but eventually got to answering them
Shipping was fast but again the seller was slow to answer my questions in the seller/buyer chat.
The device was EXTREMELY clean when I unboxed the package.
The phone came with a usb wall charger and a wire. HOWEVER, after a short time of using the wire, it started to charge my Samsung as a snail's pace which was disappointing
The device was clean and was in the condition as advertised. I checked all the features of the phone and everything was in working order.
I was quite pleased after weeks of use but one thing I noticed was that I had to scream in order to be heard on speaker phone

Overall, the phone felt brand new and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Would buy again!

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.

Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.

Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .

Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.

Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
