Sold me a financed AT&T phone that was not paid off instead of an unlocked T-Mobile phone as listed. Had to return, which was not convenient or speedy. Big waste of time. Would not recommend untrustworthy seller.

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.
Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
