Buyer Beware: The experience with this seller was a nightmare. I finally got a refund after being blamed for a phone that I received with a lock screen. It was suppose to be a gift for my son's bday on 2/12. I paid for express shipping and it was sent approximately 4 days later. It was received late. Lied about when the phone shipped. I don't think they know they difference between creating a label and actually shipping an item. This seller lacks customer services skills and/or is just trying to scam people. I just wanted to purchase a phone without breaking my pockets. I've brought a phone the month before this one from another seller it went so smooth that I told anyone who would listen about this site. I also told them not to buy from this seller. An extra $10 to another seller will save you a month worth of headache.
Shameful how I was treated by this seller.
iPhone was shipped Express, as ordered, and received on a timely basis. Happy buyer! Would do business with this seller again.

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.
Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
