In a few words: horrible customer service. The phone was suspended so I returned it and the only way I got my money back after a week of being ignored was going through Paypal. They reviewed my case and ruled in my favor, it wasn't until then that they decided to reply saying that a refund was issued. They didn't do a thing, Paypal forced that refund! Always run the IMEI with your carrier before purchasing because they certainly don't.

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.
Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
