I chose this seller because they advertised Express Shipping as an option. After buying the phone AND the Express shipping, the buyer didn't ship my phone until the day AFTER the STANDARD shipping deadline. I did try to reach out to them to explain why there was a delay in shipping, but received not a word.
Advertising and charging me for Express Shipping has completely ruined my experience with this seller, as the phone was otherwise exactly as described.
Sent me a tmobile locked version, & I asked to please replace it with same factory unlocked version, in same condition. They said yes,and my paypal yesterday says refund...look on swappa. See they have 5 good condition g965u1 phones. They r douchebags
Shipping was fast other than the faint scratches on the screen that wasn't shown in the pics it the phone works very good.

Return & Refund Policies
30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.
Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.
Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .
Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
