Shipping Policies
We ship all items sold on Swappa via USPS Priority Mail. If you buy before 4pm Mountain Time, we will usually ship the same day, except Sunday and holidays. We only ship to your Swappa address.
Return & Refund Policies
If you have a problem with an iPhone we have sold you please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. We will make it right!
If, for any reason, you return your normally functioning iPhone we will give you a full refund minus a 10% (of the total purchase price) restocking fee. The iPhone must be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you. If not, additional refund deductions may be applied.
