The phone only worked for six months then stopped.

The previous/ original owner had an unpaid balance. I paid good money for this phone through a quality site like SWAPPO.

Disappointed in how deep the scratches on the screen are. Goes beyond light scratches. This is the first time I'm disappointed buying on Swappa.

The phone worked fine for a couple of weeks and then stopped charging. I brought it to UbreakIfix and figured I would pay to get the charging port replaced. They said it was a problem with the motherboard and it was unrepairable.

I recive the samsung galaxy s10e and the cámara doesnt work.

I was sent the wrong one I got a s20 instead of a s21

So I got the phone and everything looked great until I put my Verizon sim card in and it said that my sim was invalid. The listing said the phone was unlocked so how do we go about fixing that issue.
