Was first sent a defective device. Took about a month to return it and get a replacement. Replacement was not the correct unit (ordered a factory unlocked phone and received a AT&T unlocked phone the second time). Seller did try to make things right with over-nighting the replacement but that was only because I received no contact for about a week after being told it was sent (and wasn't).
