Received a Galaxy S10 in Pristine condition. It arrived on time and I am very happy with the overall experience. The initial unlocked phone that I bought was not compatible with my network when I checked the serial number on the network website. I immediately messaged the seller before they shipped the phone.The seller was quick to respond. They gave me the option to get a refund or to choose another phone that would work. Would buy again!

My fiance and I ordered 2 unlocked Galaxy S10 plus phones at the same time. This was our first time using Swappa or buying phones anywhere outside of our network retailers. We got them very quickly and they were both truly in mint condition, as stated in the listings. We didn't have any trouble getting service after switching our SIM cards over (1 on ATT and 1 on Verizon.) We were so happy to save some money on upgrading our phones, they're great!
