The unit I received had a defective microphone. After I explained the troublshooting I had done, this seller promptly responded and said that they would begin to use the method I had used to diagnose the microphone issue and then they said they would send out a replacement as soon as I shipped the old phone. The new phone works perfectly and it was a pleasure doing business with this seller.

Have had the phone for about 3 months now. Still works great as it did when I first got it. Can't recall for sure, but I believe it arrived earlier than expected. Very happy. The phone looked brand new! Thanks guys!
