Excellent!!! This is my first time purchasing with Swappa so I did not know what to expect and I was a little nervous.
I purchased three I-phones from Cell It Back. When I took the phones to the Sprint kiosk to activate, the phones would not activate (we later figured out it was a mistake on the part of the kiosk employee!!). So I contacted Cell It Back. They contacted me back within the hour and were willing to help in any way they could (refund, check numbers, or exchange for new phones). They always responded promptly to any email I sent. (Even on the weekend!)
When we figured out the guy at the Sprint Kiosk made a mistake, we took the phones to a Sprint store instead. They were activated within the hour.
Cell it back has excellent customer service!! Great phones!! Will buy from Cell It Back again!!

So far so good. Came looking top notch. Seems to function perfectly. The only thing we are not sure about is how solid the battery is. It does seem to loose charge quicker than my iPhone. Otherwise great price and service.
