Seems to work and came on time, although it was delivered to a house I no longer live in. That's probably a PayPal problem, though.

Phone arrived in very good condition - clean, functioning well, and came truly unlocked. So far everything works great. Only complaint - phone only came with USB cable NOT the charger that goes into the wall but it is easy to charge it from a computer etc.! Otherwise VERY happy with purchase.
