Phone arrived perfectly as described

Good phone that works great, but we never ended up with a charger cord that worked. Seller did send us one with the phone but the cord was cheaply made. The seller did send a second cord when we said it didn't work, which was nice. But the second didn't work either. Cords are not that expensive, so we just went and bought one, but they shouldn't say a cord is included if they don't work.

Phones came as requested, a little late but due to their quality standards, which is totally fine with me, they came in time for xmas.

We bought two phones from Cell It Back. One phone had to be sent back within weeks due to a screen popping out of its frame. The second phone's screen recently came loose from the frame also and it is as good as garbage. I would expect if I paid $250 for a phone (even if used) it would last a bit longer than 1/2 year.

As advertised and in a timely manner
