Received the phone as a Christmas gift. Around the beginning of February the phones screen went black and would not come back on, Even though i was out of the 30 day warranty. These GREAT people sent me a new phone and charger :) All i had to do was mail the broke phone too them. Speedy delivery -FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Phone was not unlocked at first but seller did quickly address the issue and was able to unlock the phone so we could use it. As of May (4 months after purchasing the phone) it no longer works. Took it to Apple and they said that it has apparent water damage and has corrosion. We did not expose the phone to water so it must have happened prior to our purchase of the phone.

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
