The patience of a saint as I stumbled through making my first ever transaction online. I received the device in a timely manner but the bottom speaker was not functional. I was given the option to exchange or refund and chose to exchange. The new device's condition is negligibly different but with a case and screen protector on, everything looks mint, just like the previous one that was sent. Thank you for patience and I look forward to not using Swappa for a while, mainly because my new phone is great!

Shipping Policies

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
