The phone condition was as described. It is working at the moment, Seller was prompt is shipping the phone, shipped the same day as the order.

Initially received an un-rootable device, contacted the seller and they were fantastic, verified that I could swap it out for a rootable one - received it today and confirmed that I can root it. Thanks for being so helpful!

Great Phone

Ordered a "mint" product. The day I activated it, the screen was malfunctioning, going black and flashing. I immediately contacted seller, who was not responsive & wanted "pictures" of the defect...which was not possible because a screen shot didn't capture the screen malfunction. After getting a swappa rep involved, I finally was able to get confirmation they would replace it and send me information on how to do that. After weeks I hadn't received the return label, I contacted them again & included the swappa rep. This time they responded immediately. When I took the cover off to send I found the phone back shattered. I bought a "drop proof" cover with the phone and it had been covered with this since the day it arrived. I didn't drop the phone beyond like on a table or carpet. Def nothing that should have caused the entire back to shatter/spiderweb into tiny pieces even without a high quality cover. I sent it back. After months I got it back w/ refusal to replace. Awful experience.
