Great Phone

Ordered a "mint" product. The day I activated it, the screen was malfunctioning, going black and flashing. I immediately contacted seller, who was not responsive & wanted "pictures" of the defect...which was not possible because a screen shot didn't capture the screen malfunction. After getting a swappa rep involved, I finally was able to get confirmation they would replace it and send me information on how to do that. After weeks I hadn't received the return label, I contacted them again & included the swappa rep. This time they responded immediately. When I took the cover off to send I found the phone back shattered. I bought a "drop proof" cover with the phone and it had been covered with this since the day it arrived. I didn't drop the phone beyond like on a table or carpet. Def nothing that should have caused the entire back to shatter/spiderweb into tiny pieces even without a high quality cover. I sent it back. After months I got it back w/ refusal to replace. Awful experience.

the original shipping was Impressively fast. After having the device only a few short days the display assembly malfunctioned and even a factory reset couldn't fix it. I reached out to the seller not expecting to hear anything as it was the weekend. To my surprise I got a response right away, on a Saturday! The return label Was promptly emailed that following monday. The shipping on my replacement device was less than satisfactory compared to the first shipment and considering I was without a phone while waiting for the replacement to arrive. However the stellar customer service, quick responses, and impressiveness of the orginal transaction far out weigh the deplorable Shipping timeframes. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Works perfectly so far! I am very happy with the product!

Quick delivery which is nice. The phone was not factory reset, when I turned it on I did not go straight to the "Hello" screen, which was a little bit strange. I'm not a tech expert, but even I know buying/selling used phones should always be wiped which is what I had to do before using the phone.

The screen also had more scratches on it than I expected, but I guess that is considered "Fair".

Overall, I like it.
