Item arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with all accessories listed. However, the battery in the Nintendo Switch was at the end of it's life and a full charge would not even get 20 minutes of use before it needed a charge. I had to order a new battery to replace the original; which wasn't a problem but
I likely would have selected a Switch with a battery with more life left had I known.

Seller listed an item with incorrect details. Communication was very slow and difficult, with minimal explanation of the problem. He did refund after I pointed out the problem, but the experience was frustrating and slow and I'm still not clear about how he missed such important details.
