This phone had a new glass back installed prior to sale. The glass was installed incorrectly, so the glass came off the back and shattered inside the protective case. The phone was ALWAYS in a protective case and not dropped, but the repair prior to sale was defective. The seller has refused to resolve the issue. WARNING if dealing with this seller!!!! We now are going to have to pay to have the phone repaired AGAIN because of this.
