I would like to request a refund/return please. The device that was sent to me is not in the condition as described or visualized in your post.

The listing is for a mint condition iphone and my device is definitely not mint condition. I have uploaded pictures depicting the damage and scratches on the device.

Furthermore, the charging port is also loose. I appreciate your prompt response and instructions to send the device back for a refund.
