I bought the phone on feb 25. The phone arrived later than expected on March 1 but the usps could be blamed for that. The phone arrived with 73% battery and is telling me that I need to service the battery. As of March 5th the phone is not connecting to cellular service. We called the service provider and they reset the phone to fix it. It was fixed for a couple of hours, but the problem has persisted as of now. I have switched the SIM cards of the phone with another and the new SIM card says that there is no service.
