Although fast to ship, seller sent a blacklisted phone and claims to have checked IMEI before sending. In order to get a replacement, seller wanted to receive the blacklisted phone, 1-2 business days to process the return, and then send out the replacement. I was able to purchase a phone from another seller on Swappa and received it before this return was even processed.
