I was impressed with the fast shipping and content of the item I received. It was as specified in the item listing. I have used the phone now for about 4 days and I notice that the battery life isn’t 100%. I also asked for the warranty the seller neither confirmed or denies having one when a simple yes or no would have been appropriate. I have written the seller back and would like for him to resolve this battery issue because I could have sworn I saw that it was stated that battery life was 100% but battery is performing at 89%. This is very frustrating having to keep a charger on me at all times
The phone will not utilize voicemail or call correctly. Have tried several different avenues to fix. Please advise.
5/5 experience with this seller. I'm now using my iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB in the Caribbean. I couldn't use the phone because it was not unlocked to be used outside the US, but I messaged the seller immediately. They apologised and offered to unlock the phone for me, or a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund and I am now using the phone in Kingston, Jamaica! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! Oh yeah, shipping was EXCELLENT also. I got the phone in two days, no extra charge.
