I will never buy from these people again! The phone was not paid off by the original owner and Adopt a Phone didn't even check it. I spent more than 8 hours calling Tmobile, going to the Apple Store, going to the Tmobile store, and trying to figure out why my phone had no service only to find that Tmobile had blocked it for non-payment. This doesn't even include the time I spent packaging up the phone very carefully for the return and going to the postoffice. I sent the phone back the same day and it still took them a full week to get the replacement phone to me. I was without a cellphone for 9 days which was a huge hassle. I complained but they said they do not give partial refunds. Do not buy from these people.

I paid for expedited shipping and the product was shipped late. The listing does note screen burn, but the pictures do not adequately show how badly the screen is affected due to the lighting and reflection used. The entire screen is pink. I trusted the 7/10 for condition, but this screen definitely brings it to 4-5/10. The physical condition of the casing is flawless, but the screen is not at all how it was represented. Super disappointed.

Price was great, phone was exactly as described and shipped same day. Glass screen protector was installed off centered and got a large bubble immediately but that is peanuts to the quality of the phone. Thanks for a great sale :)
