Everything seemed great with the phone, 'Mint' condition. Set up all my accounts, used it for a grand total of maybe 8 hours, then the phone went dead. No way to power on. All my account information, fingerprints, biometric data trapped. Adopt-A-Phone referred me to Samsung, Samsung referred me back to Adopt-A-Phone, Adopt-A-Phone "highly recommended" I go back to Samsung and have it repaired because it is faster than dealing with whatever their replacement and "Satisfaction Guarantee" process can offer. Now I wait to find out how much time and money this will cost me as the phone is sent in for repairs. I chose to pay the extra ten dollars or so to buy from a "Trusted Seller" and they sent me a data-stealing brick that will probably cost me more than buying new from Verizon, and I still will be stuck with whatever Samsung sends back to me. The chances that Adopt-A-Phone will do anything for me are slim to none. The chances they are enjoying my $400.00? Take a guess...
Phone arrived with an undocumented problem (pink hue) Google is replacing device as it was still under manufacturer warranty.
