Excellent cell phone just as described

Phone as described. Very satisfied.

Phone looks brand new and working effectively, however sometimes when people call me, it doesn’t ring, nor connect to me rather it takes the person directly to my voicemail. I’m watching to see if it’s service issue or the actual phone

Received the phone with all accessories in a reasonable time. I would rate the experience with this purchase 4/5 - the phone looks and works great, with the exception of the front camera having smearing in the lense. Thankfully it doesn't seem to affect the performance of the camera, but has me concerned that it may have been tampered with. Although the camera smudge is a minor annoyance, I am still satisfied with the purchase since it was bought in "good" condition and the extra accessories were great additions to the purchase. Only "knocking" a star since I do wish that the camera issue was disclosed. Otherwise, I appreciate the smooth process!

Good. Lasted almost 2 years until I cracked it.

Everything was great. Even included quality charge cable, case, and screen protector.

Phone unfortunately had microphone issue. Refund process was pretty quick
