The provided cable and charging brick were incompatible (USB-C cable with a USB-A brick). This is not a big deal, but it shows a lack of attention to detail. However, phone came in good condition and the shipping was speedy. Good service overall.
Very nice device. Only issue is that the charger I received, doesn’t give a consistent charge without sitting the cable a certain way.

This is the Best Seller on Swappa hands down!!! I was leaving the country early and wasn't sure if the device would come in time. I told them about this, and they expressed shipped the device to me free of charge to accommodate me. Not only that, the phone came in even better condition than I expected, I don't even think there is a scratch on it. Also, the fact that they gave me a free case and screen protector is an added bonus. Would 100% recommend. And will be definitely buying from them again. Great service!!
