Fraudulent sale. Cosmetic condition of the device was good. While bought it shows 80% of battery power but right after 2 months battery came to 10% of the power limit. Frustrated

They included a very nice braided charging cable, a high quality clear case for the new device AND they included a very good glass screen protector. The pricing they offered was way more than fair, I would definitely do business with this seller again!
Don’t buy from this seller. They sent me a phone that had Bluetooth issues from the very beginning. I got caught up dealing with elderly parents with serious medical/health issues and didn’t report it until 3 or 4 months in. Neither the buyer nor swappa showed any compassion. I have bought exclusively through swappa for many years now but will NEVER buy from them again.
Excellent service. MacBook was as described and works flawlessly. Shipping was very quick and packaged properly. Would purchase from them again in the future.
