Shady transaction. Purchasing the phone went smoothly. However, if you have to return the phone....this is when things get interesting. Notified the seller that the phone was not operating as it should and I would like to return it. He was fine with this, provided his address, and informed me that a refund would be provided within 2 business days. I mailed the phone the next day, provided him with the tracking number, and requested that he confirm receipt of the phone once it arrived. What did I get...complete radio silence. No e-mail confirming receipt (which per USPS arrived two days after mailing it) and no refund within two business days. I only received a reply after e-mailing from my personal address, e-mailing through the swappa site, and opening a paypal dispute.
