Pro's of device received:
- Screen in perfect condition
- Glass screen protector installed
- Super fast shipping and well packed
- Physical condition was exactly as described

Con's with the device:
- Phone will not turn on and start unless plugged in to a charger. If I try to turn the phone on or restart it without being plugged into a charger the device perpetually starts to the black "Galaxy Note 4" screen and crashes and repeats until the phone dies or until its plugged in.
- While it's to be expected with a used phone, The battery life is quite short.
- Seller did not factory reset device before shipment
- Phone crashes constantly and since it wont turn on without being plugged in this is a huge problem

Would not buy from this seller again

I think the phone could've been shipped a bit more securely, but the phone is perfectly described and functional. Would buy from him again!
