Overall, it was good. Phone as described. Packaging was a bit sketchy, just a cloth padded envelope with the phone in it. Phone could have easily been damaged during transport. Thankfully it wasn't. Just take more care with protecting the product and it would have been a perfect experience.

EDIT: As soon as I got the phone I sent it to my son who was leaving for Basic Training. I didn't test the calling at all. I haven't been able to talk with him until yesterday and he told me that the phone speaker (earpiece) was so quiet even on full volume that he can only use calling on speakerphone. He said it was like this since he received it, changing rating..most likely wont be using swappa again.
