Awesome and honest seller, thanks for the phone!

The phone itself is in perfect condition. However, even though it is a sprint phone, I could not successfully activate the phone with sprint. The phone will not work on their new 4G network. Secondly, I have tried to do a factory reset on the phone, because I had logged on to my google account via wifi, but can not get the factory reset to complete, it errors out half way through. So... I now I have to keep a phone I can not use because my personal information is on it and the factory reset will not complete its process.

Phone order was not complete. I purchased a phone in "Mint" condition but it was
delivered without a sim card tray which made the phone useless. I needed a phone as soon as possible and the seller would not send the tray but wanted me to send the phone back to him for a refund. I bought one myself that was delivered in 2 days for $6 and now have use of the phone.
