Phone bootlooped. Defective device. Upon sending it back I was called a liar and was told the phone is perfectly functional. I was unable to wipe it and had to ship it back in it's bootlooped state. Somehow the seller was able to get it to boot and then asked for my Google password to unlock the phone. I refused to provide it and then got several notifications that someone attempted to log into my Google account. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. That is not how are business should conduct itself. It seems as if this seller wanted to relist the phone that I returned for being defective. Avoid completely.
