The device I received was deemed Lost/Stolen. Waiting to get resolved... and zero compensation from their end.
Phone in great condition. None or close to it on scrapes scratches and scuffs. Fast shipping too.
Shipped quickly and activated on Ting without issues. Phone was exactly as described.
Phone arrived earlier than expected and was in mint condition as advertised. Already activated and started using the phone and it is working wonderfully.
I felt the phone was not in a condition that matched what was advertised. More nicks and scratches than I expected on the back aluminum and glass. But most of all, what I'd consider major defects in the screen that were never mentioned. The screen has a very yellowish ring around the entire edge and a noticeable spot where there is a bright pinpoint of light.
never buy from this company. if you receive an item that is not like it is described the buyer has to pay a 15 percent restocking fee which is bullshit. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY
It arrived on time and the iphone was in excellent condition. Honestly i didnt know what to expect when i first used swappa but in the end it was beyond my wildest dreams. Was very impressed. Phone didnt have one scratch on it. works perfectly. Bought it for my gf for her bday. Lets just say she is very happy. I will definitely use this website again.

The phone shipped promptly and arrived in great shape. After I requested and installed a Sprint SIM card (google "Sprint Live Chat"), I had no problem activating the phone. I would definitely consider purchasing from We Buy Mobile in the future.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
