This was my first purchase on Swappa and unfortunately, the device I received wasn't as describe. Purchased a device that was listed as mint condition, but received one that had clear signs of usage. I don't know how it could've been considered mint condition with those scuff marks, but I guess. Seller was responsive and provided a refund, but it's a big let down and a waste of time just to buy something and just end up having to return it.
Great transaction! Fast shipment and the phone was perfect. I am always a little skeptical when something is listed in mint condition, but in every way the phone seems brand new, out of the box.
Phone was in pristine condition, everything works and overall had a pleasant experience with We Buy Mobile :).
Back cover is all scratched up badly, but everything else is all good! Thank you!
The seller delivered everything as promised. I could say I was disappointed in not having a box or charger, but the seller did notify he wouldn't in his post.
Have been using the phone for a couple weeks, and everything seems to be holding up well. No scratches for malfunctions yet.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.
If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.
Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
