I buy a lot of things online, and this probably was one of the worst experiences I've had in years. I purchased a Galaxy S6 and everything was smooth, fast shipping. It wasn't until I activated the phone that I noticed the earphone speaker is blown and doesn't work correctly. The seller had me send the phone back, alright, no big deal.
16 days later I'm informed that they "accidentally" refunded my card instead of sending a replacement phone we agreed on. Basically a lame "Sorry" apology. Now my refund is sitting in Limbo with the bank, for up to 4 more days I now have to wait before even trying to buy another phone (For sure through another seller).
Will this happen to you? Probably not. But it happened to me, and here I am, going on 3 weeks until I can get a phone, because I tried to go through this company. This could have all been avoided, if the seller just checked the phone out before selling it and mailing it in the first place.

This phone was advertised as having no scuffs or scratches on the device. However this isn't true. There are scuffs and scratches on the housing and camera. There are a few light scratches on the screen, but aren't noticeable when the screen is on. The phone still works flawlessly, but I would have bought a cheaper listing for this device if this seller was advertising with the slightest amount of honesty.

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
