Everything is as expected, shipping was fast, it's great, except the phone occasionally makes a buzzing/whirring noise when the camera is opened. Not at all like a vibration. I've had this same phone before and this was not a problem. however, it's minor and doesn't affect much

Phone works, but battery cover is dirty with sticker gunk and some other brown circle of who knows what. the phone should be water resistant due to a seal under the battery cover but the cover does not clip down on the sides only top and bottom due to visibly worn out battery cover snaps along the edge. I doubt it is very water resistant. I guess its ok for the price, this is the second phone i bought online and the first one from ebay was unusable and misadvertised. Still waiting on a return for that one. So like i said, at least this one works so i guess i will keep it but not thrilled about the battery cover. Also i cant get the camera to focus, dont know if it is damaged or if im doing something wrong.

Fast shipping, and rapid customer service response. The screen has a little burn in, appears to be the Chrome app. Although this was not described in the ad, I am content with the product. Thank you!

Great device and safely shipped. The unit was just as described and in good shape. Apart from the S6 being relatively behind on the latest updates it's a great upgrade from the SIII it replaced! The charge was very generic and as described, but so far fine. Great seller and would buy from again.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.

If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.

Shipping Policies

Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.

Return & Refund Policies

Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.

In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.

Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
