As described, but beware a compatible USB charger does not mean an equivalent to OEM rapid charger. It is a cheap slow charger, only 0.5 A max.
UPDATE Jul 15, 2018: Changed rating from positive to neutral. Having issues with the phone not making or receiving calls. I have contacted the seller for a refund under 30-day warranty and waiting for a response.

Positive Overall Experience - Phone arrived quickly despite being around a holiday. Phone was in "Good" shape as described, but I am still happy with it despite the few cosmetic blemishes on the side and rear. The screen was crystal clear and the phone functions well. Battery life is also very good. There was no SIM tool (disappointing) plus the cable and charger were aftermarket. Had to go into a Verizon store for a new SIM card - mine was too big for the new phone. None of these things are deal-breakers. Overall very satisfied. Thanks!

The phone took way to long to get here. From the beginning of receiving the phone it has had issues with glitching and restarting frequently and was even disabled for a time all we could was contact 911. Would like to return it

Phone was advertised as 9/10 condition with only surface wear but had a large spot of dead pixels which was not noted in the description. Also, this phone was STOLEN and I couldn't get it activated.... Guess that's what you get when you're a company that just buys/sells random peoples' phones.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.

Shipping Policies

Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.

Return & Refund Policies

Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.

In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.

Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
