Phone works but battery is marked Service at 79%.
The device was cosmetically mint. But, the battery health was only 81% (that can be checked in phone settings).
the phone was fine for a while but then the battery started getting wonky, like dying before it got to 0%. Today though the phone was jumping from half charge to no charge in a matter of minutes and went into a boot loop. I got the battery replaced and is still in the boot loop. I don't fully blame the seller but there was definitely something wrong with the phone
The iPhone is in a good condition but the battery is not great. Battery health was 100% at the begining. But after two weeks, it shows the message that the battery health is significantly degraded and it should be changed although the battery health is at 99%. Sometimes it shows it's charged 20% and suddenly drops to 5%. So, either the battery was knock off or it just got a faulty battery from a good batch!
first phone i received was not functional (could not hear during calls). the promptly agreed to replace. mail was slow and a hurricane disrupted their return package...but they sent it to the wrong address (not making the promised change). It arrived in good condition and works well.
Said to have a battery over 80%, one came with 78%
Good product, poor communication. We ordered the phone on Sunday and it shipped the following Friday. We suspect that the hurricane in Florida had something to do with it, but some communication about why there was such a long delay would have been good.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.
If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.
Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
