Phone was clean, just not the carrier I requested.
Hello,
The phone came in good condition except for a battery issue. Battery only lasts a couple hours and I uploaded a photo showing the message: "battery unknown part, unable to determine if your battery is a genuine apply part..."
I'd like the battery replaced or the phone replaced, as the battery life is really poor. Thanks

Device should of been rated in fair vs good condition. Body scratches on the photo did not really reflected actual condition and the photoshoot of item was set to give a max advantage to the seller. Other than that, everything about the device, transaction and shipment was good.
Phone did not come unlocked as stated but able to get Att to unlock phone and now working. Phone is in great condition though.
The screen has a deep scratch across the screen. Pretty dirty and needs to be cleaned. Visible dirt and gunk in cracks and crevices.
Received the phone in the condition as described other than the fact of the “Important Battery Message” on the display that does not go away! I would not have purchased this phone had I known of this not having a genuine IPhone battery and a display on the screen that does not go away. Have always been happy with my purchases with Swappa but not so much this time. I definitely think the buyer should be made aware of this in the discription of the phone

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.
If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.
Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
