This device was listed as good, however a lot of scratches on the housing. Upon further checking the device the ear speaker isn’t working.

Phone had an obvious problem with the toggle switch when sent (if they were really checking them before mailed). They then said I could get it fixed on my end and get a $20 credit, or send back and wait on a different phone (but that would negate my 30 day guarantee). My kid was starting school and needed to have a phone. Since then, the screen stopped working. So, please don't buy from these corporations - they are just scamming you - I've bought from private people, and those transactions have been flawless.

Description of phone condition is not accurate. It says fair condition but the battery is not working probably and has to be replaced for another $100. Thats not acceptable. I've already sold my old phone and no longer have a phone to use if
I send this one back. I was not aware that 86% battery health was considered bad, bad enough that my phone will go
from 80% to 60% battery in only 10 minutes. There should be more details in your listing related to the battery health.

First phone that was sent had a bad battery out of the box. Second phone took a couple of months, but now is experiencing the same question mark for the battery percentage. Hard to trust the quality control of seller at this point.

Low battery health

Received a phone that randomly turns off and will not charge. Also phone won’t connect to Wi-Fi.

Good experience buying and the phone is as described. Shipping was good.

By the way there’s a lot of light scratches if you look closely (I ordered 9/10) but they’re barely visible. So the phone condition is ok.

Edit: turns out one of the camera lens are broken trying to get a refund or replacement

Edit: worse seller EVER. If you need a phone and don’t have time to waste do not buy. The customer service is horrible. They told me since it’s past 2 weeks I can’t even return it. Sure, the phone lens just decided to not work right after the 2 weeks. They said they will repair and all that stuff. but i need a phone right now. I didn’t pay 300 bucks for this bs phone that can’t even last 2 weeks? And now I’m stuck with a phone with no camera. Great. they straight up just ignore my comments and won’t reply. Do not buy from this seller. Was excited because it was my first time purchasing from swappa but now I end up regretting it.

Phone has a cracked screen. I want to return the phone and get a refund.

The phone keeps jumping off of it’s apps and gets very hot when I’m charging it up
