Purchased a mint condition phone but battery was 50% capacity and only lasted a few months
Phone had deep scratches but i was able to push thru for what i got it for. this is why buying from bulk sellers is issue as they no longer post pictures of actual phones on their listings.
Make sure to fully test phone as Seller includes 30 day limited warranty, any issues such as phone not charging quickly and over a couple of weeks slowly failing to charge at all - is of no concern to the seller. I will NEVER use this seller again.
Phone quickly stopped charging consistently. Purchased new charger, thinking that was issue. After a few different chargers, phone shows shows it's charging, but only loses battery power. Seller refused to help in any way. User (my mom) is 70+ years and extremely cautious, thus by time she ordered new chargers to confirm it wasn't "user error", she was past the 30 day window and Seller has zero liability.
I've purchased multiple phones, based on their ratings. Never again. Will think long and hard before buying from SWAPPA again - have 9 Swappa phones, but one major expense like this is too big a risk.

Got a phone with screen burn in, got it replaced with another "higher quality" phone, that can't even connect to a network. Found out past the warranty and can't get it replaced.
The phone was not in mint condition as it has scratches all over. The phone received was in good condition,
camera freezes every few seconds
On 8/22/22, the phone arrived with some weird marks under the screen, but I was willing to forgive because the screen still worked and I really needed the phone. However, last night, 8/25/22, the phone randomly shut off at 30% and refuses to turn on at all, even after charging all night. I could tell the phone had been repaired before because the screen did not have truetone enable-able. But the phone wont turn on all, not recognizable to computer, or making any vibrations or signs on life.

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
