The Pixel 6 Pro they sold me was in great condition, but it was not unlocked as advertised. I had to pay someone else to unlock it for me so I could actually use the phone. Not cool.
Phone came SIM card locked and had to spend several hours calling various cell phone companies to assist. Reached out to the seller and they were no help.
No communication. The listing says devices ship next day, but it look the seller 6 days to ship the device.
Mostly works and no screen scratches. Doesn't charge while powered off.
Phone battery died completely after a few weeks of light use. Phone was listed in good condition.
Order was cancelled because they didn't actually have the phone.
Phone will not read Sims card
Phone had one large, deep, scratch down the middle of display. Remainder of the display was also scratched. A screen protector was placed on the screen in an attempt to hide the damage. Had to have the display replaced to make the phone useable by an elderly parent.
The iPhone 10 xs has been listed as ‘like new’. But the phone has only 86% battery health. I’m not how phone with 86% battery health can be listed as ‘like new’.
Will not buy again from this seller.
I bought this iPhone one month ago and now the home button will not work at all. This is my first time buying with swappa and I will not use this service again. $150 down the drain.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.
If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.
Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
