The condition of the battery was 77%, for a mint condition, and the pricing, I think isn't a good deal or at least you should mentioned it.

Good phone not fully unlocked though. Had to completely switch phone carriers for this phone to activate service on a T-Mobile carrier. Not Verizon unlocked at all.

Not a good experience. I wanted priority shipment but instructions indicated to place a note on the sales page indicating this. I added this note per instructions. To make sure instructions were received, I called directly next morning. I was told that it shipped surface since I didn't reply to their email. I received no email from them. Instead the response was on the sales page. Comment was that it was shipped USPS surface which was typically 5 days transit time but usually arrived sooner. Five days came and went, then 6, 7, 8, 9, and on the 10th day it finally arrived. Upon receipt I inserted the sim card from my previous phone only to receive a message stating Invalid Sim. Turns out the phone was locked vs. unlocked. They sent the wrong phone. I now have the phone I ordered but it was an ordeal.

After further testing, this phone is not as described at all. I found out that it is carrier locked by AT&T and the charging port does not work correctly. Data transferring was a pain, and all in all, this ruined my first experience with Swappa.

Sent me a phone with a broken camera and after a slight crack on the back of the phone they refused to refund me or swap phones! Don’t buy from them terrible policies and upright scam!

Shipping was really slow. I ordered Friday, 12/23, and it didn't ship until 12/30. Yes, I get that Christmas was in there, but Swappa's policy states items will be shipped within 2 business days. Even if you account for Christmas (even though it was on a Sunday) and call it a day off on Monday, the phone should've shipped by Wed. the 28th. Phone itself is as described, but shipping was subpar.

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.

If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.

Shipping Policies


Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.

Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.

Return & Refund Policies


Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.

In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.

The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.

Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
