Sim card slot works sporadically. It took a few weeks to diagnose and thought it was my carrier.
I received the phone with no IMEI and have requested a return but the seller has not responded.. I have bought 4 other phones with no issues on Swappa but am disappointed with this recent sell. Not sure if I would recommend this site.
Phone was listed under Mint condition. I took of the tempered glass screen protector that came with the phone and it was hiding a scratched up screen.
The phone that is in “Good” condition doesn’t hold a charge at all! Very disappointing.
Phone quality and customer services are below average. S pen will not register to the phone and is useless. I reached in regards to the issue twice with no responce. Super short battery life as well. Fastcshipping though.
The phone was described to be in Fair condition but the product I received was far from Fair. The screen was severely screen burnt, the speaker doesn't work too well so you have a hard time hearing calls, the touch of the screen is also very poor. I should have known that the phone was not working when it took so long to turn on. Side note: I just turned the phone on 2 days ago.
I got a full refund but they sent a device with busted speakers and under the battery capacity specified in the listing.
Charging port is broke and phone will not charge.
Significant scratches when it was described as Good condition.
Buyer beware. You are no longer allowed to ask any questions of this seller prior to purchase. This seller does NOT list battery health in their ad. Apple recommends battery replacement if below 80%, so this seller sells any phone with 80% or greater battery health (which I was only able to find out after purchasing and receiving the phone). By the time I loaded my data onto the phone, it was at 77% and already in need of a new battery. Completely wasted my money with this seller.

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
