Phone had battery in poor condition. Not as advertised. Seller offered to ship and fix
They sent me a phone with a drained battery and multiple visible defects. I would avoid this seller.
Phone had problems that made it unusable, seller never responded.

They sent me a phone that had problems from the start that only accumulated. They insisted it was a carrier problem, so we tried to resolve with new SIM cards (multiple times), but it wasn't. The SIM tray didn't shut properly so the phone constantly dropped calls. Then they stopped responding to my messages. So I paid $250 for a supposedly mint phone that is now worthless.
I bought this phone for my mother and she notified me that the phone came with a cracked screen in the top corner upon delivery... I would like a refund.
Absolutely terrible experience. I haven't shoped from swappa in years. Unfortunately this confirms why. I bought my device for a trip 2 weeks in advance from "webuymobile" they sent an incomplete device. (Non-working SPen) . I reached out to only be sent another non working Spen. Reached out again. No response for days. Now they say they are "searching for working Spen"as if they are not sure of their inventory or unorganized. Totally unprofessional and confirmation I will never use this service again. Now I have a incomplete non working device I overpaid for and have to spend more money to get it right.
Phone shut down after a week of use, I gave it as a gift to a family member. The screen was not OEM, and stopped working.
I need to return this item. The external speaker does not work. Also the listing said it is in Mint condition but the battery is at 80% capacity. This should not be listed as mint. I need a full refund

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
