Phone stopped working after 3 months.

The phone I purchased was supposed to be unlocked and would not work with Verizon, though the seller said the ID worked successfully via Verizon's device check. Not a big deal entirely, so I returned the phone to the seller. I sent emails checking in with the seller through official channels (Swappa, PayPal). 6 days passed since the package arrived at the seller's door (tracking through USPS), but no refund ($200+) and no communication. After posting negative feedback and Swappa contacting the seller, I finally was refunded. I've had much smoother transactions with other sellers, but thankful I did get a refund so I've changed the negative to neutral rating.
