The phone was less than 10% charged when I received it. After 12 hours on the charger, it was only 2/3rds charged. Tried a charger I knew was good, no luck. Had to return it. Was refunded my $ as soon as the seller received the phone. Am disappointed the phone was sent out in this condition, but am relieved it was not a hassle to return. Am just out the return shipping, T-mobile sim I purchased, and the week without a working phone.
