Received promptly and looks great- BUT loses charge at 1% every 2 minutes and was described as unlocked but came locked. Waiting to hear back and due to their other responses I'm hopeful for a good outcome but it's an annoying inconvenience and sounds like semi-regular issues that I think they should adjust their inspections to include checks for.

I have received the device in a very preffesional packaging. Device is in a pretty good condition. Came with the OEM charger. Tested the device and very satisified.

I used the phone for one day and the signal was poor. After day one the signal showed no service or searching. The only signal now is when it’s first turned on for about 30 seconds. Please give me details to send phone back.
